This minor release improves performance and fixes a number of user interface problems

Improved the performance when looking up information from MusicBrainz server
Add Shift Base Folder to Sub Folder and Shift Sub Folder to Base Folder options to allow folders to be easily shifted between the base folder and sub folder fields
Fixes
Previously MusicBrainz fields Release Type and Release Status were being added to the User Defined Text Info column with the full url, now adds the value without the url.
Previously when select to close some files and some of the files have been modified, the dialog is incorrect it gives the impression that Jaikoz is going to be shutdown, this is now fixed.
Previously when run Tag from Musicbrainz on all records it updates display on order initially loaded, not sorted order, this is now fixed the sort order is preserved.
Previously when reading back Unique File Id records, the owner address was read back incorrectly, this is now fixed.
Previously when sort the files into a different order, then add some new files, the new files are added as found rather than displayed in sorted order, this is now fixed the sort order is preserved
Previously after closing files, sorted order is lost, this is now fixed the sort order is preserved
Previously Close Files can clash with Save Changes if there are files to save, because it does not wait for saves to complete, this is now fixed.
Previously the Word Replacer would generate 'String index out of range' error if the value being replaced contained a single \ or $ character, this is now fixed.
Previously deletion of files will delete their parent folder if now empty regardless of 'Delete Empty Folder on Save' Setting, this is now fixed
