11th of December 2006 Jaikoz v1.3.1 Build 1017 released.

This important release add support for Spanish, and improvements to the user interface

Previously Jaikoz was sometimes displaying an 'Unexpected Error' instead of the real problem in error and warning popup messages, this is now fixed
Previously Jaikoz could stop loading files if it encountered an MP3 with a corrupt image, this is now fixed, and all problem files are listed at the end of the load
Previously Jaikoz could stop loading files if it encountered a file describing itself as an MP3, but was not actually an MP3, this is now fixed and all problem files are listed at the end of the load
Previously Jaikoz could stop loading files if it encountered frames that were defined as using UTF-16 format but were not terminated properly,this is now fixed and all problem files are listed at the end of the load
