This releasefixes a small number of regressions in the v1.11 OggVorbis release
Fixes
- Previously there was problems saving files when the filename or folder had been changed, this is now fixed.
- Previously there was a problem with the Retrieve Artwork from Internet option, this is now fixed.

- Previously there was no Replace option in Find and Replace when invoked on The Edit tab, this is now fixed.
- Previously there was an Unexpected error when using Cntl-D to delete a field when on the Edit ID3 Tab, this is now fixed.
