Error message: Map failed.

Seems paul is reading in absolute locations of metadata blocks, instead of file-relative ones.

In any event, maybe trying to find the location of the metadata on disk, after the mapping fails, is an idea?

No I'm using standard Java File I/O , but perhaps you send some support files (Advanced/Create Support FIles) so i can see where this error is occurring.

Could be some other error, such as a harddisk going to sleepmode.
