Flac files from band not found or not showing up.  XML

Couple of things going on with my mac version of the beta.

If I drag a folder of flac files from the band Muse into the window no text shows up in the tag window, not even the titles which are the song names. Is this normal behavior? Should we not at least see a list of song/file names? Neither music database finds an id on the initial processing.

For the above particular cd I then select "use advanced toolbar" I then use the Amplifind server to check out the songs and it finds an id for the album. I select autocorrect and still everything remains blank in the window. No tags at all. Am I doing something wrong here?

Here is the console log. I guess AmpliFind server has no bearing on anything since it does not seem to do anything for this cd even though it has a check mark indicating an id was found. Also I would submit that id number here but there is to way to copy this number except by hand, no copy paste from Genre window in upper left.

If you drag some files into Jaikoz and the files open up but nothing is shown in the title column it means that there is no title field stored in the files. What might be confusing you is that iTunes uses the filename as the title if there is no title field, but it doesnt actually have a title field. You can check this yourself my comparing the filename of the files with the values shown for title in iTunes.

The AmpliFind Ids are not stored in the Genre fields but in the AmpliFIND Id field, all fields are copy/pastable from the main edit window, and you can display any column you like using the column selector in the top right hand side of the main edit window.

Can you please email me your support files (Advanced/Create Support Files) this will give me alot more information so I can work out the problem.

Okay you've highlighted a problem with the new Autocorrect, the acoustic ids do resolve to a musicbrainz id, but because your songs have no metadata when we try to score the match against your songs its gets too low a score and is discarded.

When we are matching by puid, and our songs contains no useful metadata then we should be accepting the match with low score, and only use scoring to find best match when there are multiple matching tracks for the puid.

Matching by puidis the last resort so this makes sense, if however the song does contains useful metadata (i.e album, artist, title, trackno) then we should expect a higher score.
