I had installed the trial version, then decided to purchase the standard £20 programme. I recieved the email with the license zip, I opened it and then opened Jaikoz to update the license. The path finder dialogue box always opens now but when I put the license in it says unable to update and the pathfinder dialogue box remains.
Can someone please help me with this. I have made the payment and am not getting my product
Hi, i think the problem iust that you havent actually unzipped the license you are just selecting the license within the zip file whihc Jaikoz doesnt understand. To be fair when Jaikoz was launched the ability to open files within zip files directly within Windows Explorer rather than unzipping them didn't exist, so this wasnt a problem but I need to address it now.
