I purchased the Pro version and have updated the 2 license keys. Both of the I-tunes preferences that were recommended to be unchecked are unchecked. I can scan an album successfully but I don't see where the BPM/mood is in I-tunes. I have restarted both programs and my computer and don't have any errors. I need help please...this is why I purchased the pro version.

Hi BPM. Mood are currently retrieved from AcousticBrainz, so your songs must be matched to MusicBrainz and the songs previously analysed for this information to be added, and you must have enabled it.

So currently you cant get BPM, Mood for 100% of songs, but you should get for the majority. But I will add local analysis for the remaining songs to allow BPM, Mood to be added to all.

Regarding iTunes, Bpm is called Beats Per Minute and this will show the BPM added by SongKong but there is no support for the Mood tag

Hi Paul;
Just bought the Pro version a few minutes ago. I wanted it mainly for BPM detection and writing the BPM to the tags. Most of my songs don't seem to be in the database you use.

I just ran 15 more test songs and none of them had BPM in the tags. After fixing the songs, 14 of the 15 matched "song" only but when I open that folder in Windows Explorer I get no BPM's in the tags.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks
Eric

When match song only we know the song but not the album so we don't update album information. But nor do we have acousticbrainz data but we can add this because it is song specific, this is an oversight when we added the bpm/acousticbrainz code

https://jthink.atlassian.net/browse/SONGKONG-990

The current workaround would be to allow SongKong to match these songs to an album even if the exact album couldnt be determined, try disabling Only Allow Match if All Songs in Grouping were matched to one release option on the first tab and rerunning.
