Hi, I commonly connect to the internet via a VPN (Express VPN been my current tool of choice) to protect my privacy and add a layer of security to my system, and have been using Jaikoz with out issue Since Purchasing.

However I am now in a situation where I am locked out of my licence as my VPN dynamically assigns shared IP addresses, and my licence seems to be to be session locked to an IP address which it is not simple to identify or reconnect too. I have tried reconnecting to the country I was last connected too but this dose not guaranty the same IP address!

Is there a session time out? Or a way I can prove my license purchase and have the session ended so I can continue to use this product.

In the future ill ensure my VPN is off when using the software to avoid the issue.

Many Thanks Ben

Hi Paul, are you doing this for each user upon request?
