Hey there - I purchased a license for Songkong Pro about Oct 2016. After a recent computer reformat, realized that "Oh yeah my license key!" was on that old systems drives.

After scouring my backup systems online and offline and emails - I've finally given up and decided for some odd (dumb?) reason I never backed up SongKong Pro's license anywhere. I can find any and all my other files from decades ago. Just not SongKong Pro's. /sigh

I shot an email to support (Paul) about this but got no response. I work in IT support so I'm well aware that stuff falls thru the cracks lol. So I figured I would ask here @ the forums.

Not sure what info to provide but here is the transaction ID# 82X61657EK176510J

Email address is the same as this one.

Let me know if any other data is required.
