Have updated my license but still in Lite mode  XML

I have just updated my license for another year today but SongKong is still in lite mode. Should I receive new licence keys? If so, I have not received them yet and thought that they were automatically issued. My SongKong account is linked to hobbits@wtw31.plus.com but my Paypal account is linked to markpbeardsell@gmail.com.
