There was a problem with the emeil server causing licenses bought from 6th to 11th of December to not be sent automatically, during this period license were sent manually - now that the problem has been resolved you may receive your license again through the automated process.
I encountered the same problem on november 22nd. I wrote several emails to email@example.com explaining that after the completion of paypal-process I didn't receive any code. But I got back no answer ever! Even when joining the paypal-receipt.
So if you had license problems that are now solved, please tell me whom to write to for receiving a license.
Hi, could you send your paypal receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org so I can sort this out . I can't see a payment for the email address registered your name post on 22nd of November. I havent received any emails from you to email@example.com account, are you sure you sent them to this address ?
