Is there any way to delete duplicate files, regardless of song format?

for example, i have mp3 and m4a/mp4 versions of some songs. I'd like to have jaikoz ignore the file type and manage the duplicate. is this possible?

Yes that is Jaikoz how works, it compares metadata and/or acoustic fingerprint, these are both format independent. So if you have two songs with the same fingerprint the worst quality one will be deleted, when one of those files is an mp3 and the other an mp4 it will always choose the mp4.
