EDIT: Sorry just noticed this was under the SongKongBeta and not jaikoz. The below instructions are for jaikoz. I haven't had a chance yet to test out songkong. That is something I have scheduled for this weekend.

Going off your sig, I am guessing you are running this on a win7 box.

There are two ways you can do this. You can have jaikoz zip up the logs for you. This is done by running jaikoz and under Advanced, click on Create Support Files. It will tell you where it created the zip file that has the logs.

The other way is to just go to that folder and look at your logs. This is typically your C:\Users\YOUR-LOGIN\Jaikoz\Logs Make sure to replace YOUR-LOGIN with the account name you use to log into your computer. If you do not see the Users folder, you may need to enable the viewing of hidden or system files in windows 7.

Yeah, the "beta" topic is displaying only that one thread and Paul is working on it.

I finally found the logs, and since you're going to be using it soon... Once you do a correct it creates a report and it will open a HTML in a browser, if you go to that path you'll find everything you want.

For Winderz:
C:/Users/<username>/AppData/Roaming/SongKong/Logs/
