Still would like to see that lyrics feature back online and running please
ok thanks for that

I generally have 1 "save task" at the end but the thing still gets stucks

could you also incorporate:
1 all files that Jaikoz cant open or read get moved to a folder specified in the preferences?

2 all files which get deemed corrupt by Jaikoz get moved to another folder specified in the preferences?

that would be a great option as with large collections it gets annoying that Jaikoz reports them and I have to find each one manually
sent u an email
ok regarding point number 2:

I ran autocorrector on 2 of the batches that the "rename filename from tags" got stuck on and the first one completed the task just fine. (this time round). However, on the other batch it got stuck again. This time it came up with some erros after I canceled the process and said I should contact Jaikoz error colume .... anyways. let it run for 3 min and the error messages just went away and it did its work !? ??
Thanks for your help Paultaylor

1 In regard to CPU load I am not talking about Musicbrainz I am talking about all the other processes. They dont seem to use the the other cpu cores.

2 I will run it on a smaller batch (1965 files) that has the same problem and I will let you know tomorrow.

3 How long do you think it should take to complete 7105 files which are ca. 34Gb in size? (just a rough estimate)

4 what is the best sequence to run the AutoCorrector if there is complete caos?
Hi guys!
I need some help please.

My system:
Intel Quad Q6600 (2.4Ghz)
2 GB High Performance Ram
Windows XP SP3 (32bit)
Hard Drives running on SATA

What I am doing:
I have lots of musik and in order to make things easier for Jaikoz, I divided them into 15 batches.
The current batch that is running has 7105 musik files.
I am always running "AutoCorrector" in the following sequence (dont know if this is a good order but any hints welcome):
Retrieve Acoustic ID
Update tags from Existing Discogs
Update tags from Existing MusicBrainz
Cluster Albums
Correct tags from MusicBrainz
Correct Lyrics
Local Correct Artists
Local Correct ?(all the other local corrects)
Delete Duplicates
Correct Subfolder from tags
Correct filename from tags
Save changes

1. Jaikoz never utilises more then 25 % of the cpu (I thought that it supports multicore fully?)
2. While working on "Correct Subfolder from tags Stage 1 of 4" it seems to get stuck. It does not move for days. The CPU is at a 25 % load all the time but still nothing?!
Some batches work fine but so far out of the 15 batches this is the 4 batch that has a problem.
I can cancel it but sometimes it takes so long to cancel I just give up.

I have another computer sitting here to help me with the batches and during its share it has got stuck 2 times as well.
So why does it get stuck? How can one fix it? And why does Jaikoz only utilise 25% of my CPU?
And how long should it take to complete 7105 files which are ca. 34Gb in size?
