After I installed a new motherboard and CPU, Jaikoz didn't start anymore but instead showed an empty box with a red cross. The box has the title 'Unable to start jaikoz'. I tried to solve the issue by doing an uninstall followed by an installation of the new version. This doesn't change anything as I still get the same error-box. Any idea what is wrong and how I could solve this?

As for the MusicBrainz tags:
If I do a manual match no match is found either; while the tracks DO exist in musicbrainz.. ..unlike I said before it is not true all information in the ID3 is correct, however they are MINOR differences. If I manually correct them a match of 100% is found by Jaikoz.
just now I had the case of:
Thindersticks- Simple Pleasure - If You're Looking for a way ou - 02
didn't find any match, untill I added the t, after wich 100% match was found. That doesn't seem right, as all other info was correct...
Regarding the copying:
I want to be able to select row0/col0 and row0/col1 and paste that into row1/col0 and row1/col1. The only thing I can do now is select row0/col0 and paste that into row1/col0, then, after that, select row0/col1 and paste that into row1/col1.
thanks, joost

One of the ways I check my music library on consistency is using the selection screen in the top block of the screen. I select an item from a column (e.g. <artist>) then an item from another column (e.g. <album>) and to check if all songs of that particular album are filed under the selected artist I set the column artists to all.
However in Jaikoz the whole selection is reset. This is sometimes very annoying as it makes the selection screen a whole lot less usefull as a check if the library is consistent.

Another cool feature would be if there would be a right mouse click option 'find album/artist in wikipedia'. This seems really easy to implement and would make a lot of information easily accessible

I red a suggestion to use the information that a file is member of an album when matching musicbrainz metadata. I'd like to repeat that that would be a great option
for example - only 1 file in a directory is not matched, the others are all matched to the same album. One track that belongs to the album according to musicbrainz IS not matched to any file yet --> it should probably be matched to the file that hasn't been assigned metadata to.
