SongKong has been designed to be able to process as many songs as you like and not be constrained by memory or other limitations.

However 500,000 is alot of songs and it may fail to process perfectly on the first run. However changes are saved as songs are identified a folder at a time so that if a problem does occur then changes will not be lost, and on a seocnd run the already matched songs will be ignored.

running against 48k songs now, and the product is exactly what i thought it would be, which blows me away. i will tell all my friends and anyone who will listen really, just how awesome this product is. you've done an excellent job paul!
yay, i got my license, and song kong is cleaning up my mess as i type ;)
hi there,

I am evaluating songkong. so far it looks like a well supported and lovingly crafted product. that alone has me almost reaching for my wallet. here is my situation: i have several terabytes of music files, in divergent formats. this collection has been growing since the late 1990's and naturally between being moved around disk to disk, several hardware crashes, failures with competing products to song kong, i am wondering - can songkong handle say 500,000 songs in one batch?

thanks in advance. if i move forward i will prolly purchase the pro version, providing it can handle mass amounts of music

cheers,

tom
