This didn't help, so I uninstalled Songkong and then tried reinstalling.

This seems to have fixed the problem.

I'm trying to upgrade previous version of SongKong to SongKong 5.11 on WHS2011 (Windows Server 200.

I downloaded both exe and zip files.
In both cases no errors reported when I install.

But when I run SongKong I get two error messgages.

"blah, blah, MSVCR120.dll missing. Please reinstall program."

"Error starting Java VM"

I searched on the Windows forum and there was advice to reinstall the Visual C++ redistributables. Should I do this?

I recently upgraded to version 5.3.

I keep unchecking the "Rename file part only", but everytime I use SongKong this item has been checked again.

Am I missing something obvious?
It seemed to work fine for me in previous versions?

(Is there a way to edit these configuration options in a text file and then reuse them?)

Thank you.

But I'm unclear if "One Vigintillion(10^63) Songs " can really be considered music!
I tried with 8940511 and it gives the same message.

The title field contains %artist / %title so perhaps I can parse these into the %artist and %title fields ?

I'm trying to match to a specific Discogs album (8940511)
but I get the error message "Unable to find a suitable release for the selected songs."

Any hints? I thought Jaikoz would apply the fields.
