Got it!
I refreshed my iTunes library by dragging my iTunes music folder into my iTunes Library.

I've run into this problem as well.
Strangely enough, just navigating to my iTunes music folder, then dragging and dropping that folder into my iTunes library completely refreshed all of my files. I suppose using the "add to library" command in the file menu would work also but I haven't tried that way.
I was worried that this would just re-import all of my files but it worked

I thought I was the only person having this issue too.
I've turned off "update itunes" and unchecked "keep itunes folders organized".
I have about 8,500 songs- will I have to scroll through each one to get it to update in iTunes? Is there some way to refresh? I suppose this is really an iTunes issue so any help is much appreciated.
Great program btw. The amount of control you allow over the matching is pretty intense. There's a small learning curve to get over in the beginning, but after that, so simple. More people should know about this program.
